S Summer Sessions

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Summer Sessions respects your privacy. This policy explains how we use information when you use the Summer Sessions app, website, event services and customer support.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide your account and event experience: your name, email address, profile details, event bookings and tickets, saved events, membership and reward information, and support messages. If you apply for Community Access, we also collect your application statement and the eligibility proof you choose to upload so our authorised team can privately assess your request.

If you choose to use them, we also process photos and comments you upload to the community, approximate location while the app is open for journey and parking tools, and device details required for notifications, security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with service providers that help operate Summer Sessions, such as ticketing, payment, email, notification, hosting and analytics providers. Payments are completed by the selected payment provider; Summer Sessions does not receive or store your full card details.

Community and friends

Community uploads may be visible to other guests after moderation. Your friend-profile settings control what accepted friends can see. Private-event details are shown only to invited or joined guests.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, accounting or safety obligations. Community Access proof files are stored privately while an application is pending and removed after the application is approved or declined. You can update your profile and privacy settings in the app. You can request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the latest version on this page.
