Tickets and bookings
Include the event name, ticket holder name and the email address used for the booking. Please do not send payment-card details.
Account, privacy or data
You can manage your profile and privacy settings in the app. To request your account data or account deletion, email us from the address linked to your account.
Accessibility
Tell us which event you are attending and what support would help. We will respond with the available venue and event information.
Community content
Community uploads are moderated. If you need to report content or ask for a photo to be removed, email support with the relevant event and post details.
