Your account

Keep your account details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Tickets, events and orders

Ticket availability, event details, supplier availability and payment terms may change. Tickets and purchases are subject to the applicable event and payment-provider terms. Follow venue and staff safety instructions at every event.

Community

Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not post harmful, unlawful, abusive or infringing material. We may moderate or remove content to protect guests and the community.

Service changes

We may update, pause or change app features to maintain safety, security and event operations.
